I do a monthly cooking demonstration at the Hope Library in Scituate, RI. I can also be found at the indoor vendor fair at St Thomas Episcopal Church, Greenville, RI

Cookbooks

I am the author of three different cookbooks, which tell stories and recipes about family, friends, and Italian traditions. My latest title, Cookies Galore, was release this past Christmas and features my most requested, gluten free, and no bake cookie recipes.

Reading one of Micheline’s cookbooks is like visiting your favorite Italian Grandma who always knows the best way to turn simple ingredients into delicious feasts.

About Me

I am an 2nd generation Italian American. I grew up in Providence, RI in an extended family. I learned to cook from three generations of wonderful women.
